CYCE's racing schedule includes three seasons of series racing: a winter Frostbite series on Sundays, two summer series on Wednesday evenings, and a fall Halloween series on Sundays. We also host the casual Mad Dash from Edmonds to Port Ludlow in June and the classic Foulweather Bluff race on the first Saturday of October. And every other year we alternate with Milltown Sailing Association in Everett hosting the CYCE/MSA Challenge Cup.

All of these races are great for beginners, and in fact many past and current CYCE members have learned how to race with us.  New sailors are also welcome on each races committee boat.   Crewing on the committee boat is a great way to meet club members and learn about racing.

The Foulweather Bluff race is CYCE's premier annual race and is recognized as a favorite among Puget Sound's most serious racers and is a great newcomer's race too. As of 2020, it is now also a Puget Sound Top 25 Qualifying Race.
